Senior Analog Development Engineer (m/f/d)
As a Senior Analog Development Engineer (m/f/d), you will design and develop HV analog and mixed-signal circuits for applications such as power management, sensors, actuators, and LED lighting. You will contribute to system definition and architecture, support the full development flow from simulation to verification and documentation, and assist in debugging and failure analysis. In addition, you will be involved in product concepts, effort estimation, and acquisition activities while driving continuous improvements in methods, processes, and tools.
Your qualities are- University degree in Electronics, Communication/Computer Technology or Physics
- Strong knowledge of analog IC design as well as simulation of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits up to top-level
- Knowledge of microelectronic fabrication processes, mainly CMOS, HV-CMOS, and BCD
- Practical knowledge of microelectronics-oriented CAD-tools such as Cadence or Synopsys, and (semi-automated) measurement equipment and techniques
- Methodological competence in automotive development processes, particularly for safety-critical systems/devices. experience in development according IATF 16949
- Innovative mindset, reliability and team spirit in a cross-cultural and multi-disciplinary team
- Fluency in English – both written and spoken. Knowledge of German is an advantage
- Design, simulation and measurement of HV analog and mixed-signal electronic circuits for power management, sensors, actuators, LED lighting and similar applications
- Participation in system-level definition and specification discussions
- Verification of development steps, including documentation
- Contribution to product concepts and architectures
- Supporting in acquisition activities, system concept development, and effort estimation
- Circuit development flow, including verification and documentation
- Supporting of debugging and failure analysis
- Contribution to process, methodology and tools improvements
