Senior Staff Test Development Engineer (m/f/d)
As a Senior Staff Test Development Engineer (m/f/d) you will develop production test programms for integrated circuits, ensure high quality for the automotive marked and optimize test costs. You will also lead small engineering teams and actively share knowledge across the organization.
Your qualities are- Completed university degree or technical college degree in electrical engineering, physics, or computer science
- More than 8 years of experience in microelectronics development in a company in the semiconductor industry (preferrably in the field of test development)
- Experience in the technical management of small engineering teams
- Deep knowledge of programming ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) for testing microelectronic circuits, ideally on Advantest T2000
- Very good programming skills in C, C++ and script languages
- Safe handling of measuring devices (e.g. multimeter, oscilloscope)
- Very good knowledge of circuit technology and PCB design
- Good knowledge of statistics
- Very confident in using MS Office (especially Excel)
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Ability to work in a Team
- Problem solving ability
- Developing production test programms for integrated circuits
- Achieving high quality for the automotive market in consideration of cost of test
- (Technically) leading small teams of engineers
- Supporting other engineers and distributing knowledge trough the organization
