Development Engineer (m/f/d) Digital
As a Digital Development Engineer, you will make a significant contribution to the development and production of our innovative products for our global customers. You will contribute your expertise in chip architecture and HW-SW interfaces and support us in driving global megatrends such as autonomous driving, electromobility and software-defined vehicles.
Your qualities are- Completed university degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering or physics
- Several years of experience in the development of microelectronic components, preferably in a company in the semiconductor industry in IC design; desirable in the automotive sector
- Sound knowledge of integrated digital circuit technology, associated CAD tools and confident handling of hardware description languages (SystemVerilog, VHDL)
- Knowledge of micro-controllers (e.g. ARM) and their programming
- Innovative spirit, reliability and ability to work in a team
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Collaboration in the definition of the chip architecture and the HW-SW interfaces
- Development of digital modules using hardware description languages
- Verification of the development steps including documentation
- Implementation of circuit simulations at top and block level
- Creation of micro-controller SW
- Support in error analysis work and the continuous improvement of development methodology and tools
