Elmos is strongly committed to training. This is how we invest in the future. We currently have about 45 trainees. About three quarters of them are in technical professions, the rest in the commercial field. Special apprenticeships, for example as electronic technician for production engineering, are tailored to our needs and offer committed employees good prospects for the future.
